Reminders and Escalations
1. Check Configure Reminders to send additional reminders to assignees that their assignment is due.
2. Enter the number of time periods in Configure Reminders and select the time period unit for the first reminder from the drop-down list i.e. Day(s), week(s), month(s) after Due Date, day(s), week(s), month(s) before Due Date or after Due Date.
3. Click Add to create the email notification.
4. To create additional email reminders, repeat step 2 & 3.
5. Click Remove to delete any of the existing reminders.
6. Click Configure Escalations to automatically notify an additional person, for example, senior manager(s) that an assignment has gone past its due date without having been completed.
7. Select the individual to send an escalation email to from the Escalate to drop-down list.
8. Select the time period the assignment must be overdue before an escalation email is sent, from the if overdue by X days(s)/weeks(s)/months(s)drop-down list.
9. Click Add to save the details of the escalation.
10. Click Remove to delete any of the existing escalations.
