Resolve an Alert
1. Click the Personal Trading tab at the top of the screen.
2. Click the Employee Trades tab. The Employee Trades page is displayed with a tabular view of transactions imported onto MyComplianceOffice.
3. Any transactions with alerts are displayed with a red in the alerts column. Alternatively select Unresolved Alerts from the Alerts Status drop-down in the search section.
4. The number in brackets beside the view link indicates the number of alerts (both resolved and unresolved) on a transaction.
5. Click on the link in the Alert Type column to access the transaction details page.
6. The alerts table displays the creation date, alert description, and status of the alert.
7. Click on Comment Alert to add a comment to the alert. The Add Comment to Alert dialog box is displayed. Enter a comment and select Submit to save the comment or Cancel to go back to the alert table.
8. Comments are displayed directly under each alert.
9. Select Resolve Alert to resolve the alert. The Resolution Comment dialog box is displayed. Enter a comment and select Submit to save the comment or Cancel to go back to the alert table.
10. Resolution comments are displayed directly under the exception and are flagged Resolved.
11. Once all alerts on a transaction have been resolved the transaction will have a green displayed in the Alert Type column on the Employee Trades table.
