Re-Open an Alert

1. Click the Personal Trading tab at the top of the screen.

2. Click the Employee Trades tab. The Employee Trades page is displayed with a tabular view of transactions imported onto MyComplianceOffice.

3. Any transactions with resolved alerts are displayed with a green in the Alert Type column. Alternatively select Resolved Alerts from the Alert Status drop-down in the search section.

4. Click on the trade to access the transaction details page.

5. The Alerts table displays the creation date, alert description, and status of the alert.

6. Select Unresolve Alert to reopen the alert. The Reason for Reopening an Alert comment dialog box is displayed. Enter a comment and select Submit to save the comment or Cancel to go back to the alert table.

7. The alert is now unresolved.
