Questionnaires

A questionnaire is used as part of a Task assignment to a user in the application. It allows users to complete compliance attestations, and answer one or many questions within one assignment. The questionnaire is created and is added as part of Task creation or Task editing. A questionnaire can also be used to setup an online declaration where employee users can, e.g. declare a political contribution.
