Open Cases by Age Chart
This chart illustrates the open cases broken down by the number of days they have been open:
• Cases open less than 10 days ago (< 10 Days)OTE
• Cases opened between 10 and 30 days ago (10 - 30 Days)
• Cases opened between 31 and 90 days ago (31-90 Days)
• Cases opened more than 90 days ago (> 90 days)
1. To view the detail behind any of the bars click the appropriate chart segment

2. The Open Cases by Age table is displayed
3. Click any case Title to drill down to view the details of the case.
4. Click the Dashboard menu option to return to the dashboard and continue reviewing the graphs.
