Viewing Versions

1. On the View Properties page shown in  click Versions. A table of documents is displayed.

2. The table headings are:

    • Superseded: the date the document was replaced with a new version

    • Document Name: the name of the document. Click the link to open the document

    • Version: version number

    • Owner: the owner of that version of the document

    • Options: click the arrow and Delete to delete the document.. View Properties allows the user to view the document properties of earlier versions of the document.
