Task Instances
Task instances can be edited to add more assignees to the task instance by clicking on the Edit button on the task instance. This will set an automatic default effective date of today for the assignment which will be sent to the user instantly, with the duration of the assignment taken from the original duration of the task instance.
View a Task Instance
1. Click the Compliance Mgmt tab at the top of the screen and the Task Instances menu option directly underneath the tabs.
2. The task instances table is displayed, defaulting to the Open view.
3. Click on the Show Search link to open the search window and perform a detailed search of Task Instances.
4. Change any of the fields to narrow the search criteria e.g. Show Open task instances for All owners that are a Critical priority for the period from Jan 1st to March 31st. Alternatively search for a specific task instance using the Title field.
5. Click on Search.
6. Click on Reset to revert back to the default values and the default view of all task instances, or to initiate a new search.
7. Click on Hide Search to close the search window.
