Close an Account
1. Navigate to MyCompliance\My Accounts.
2. Select an account from the account table. The account will open in View mode.
3. Select the Edit Account Details button.
4. Update the Account Status at Financial Institution & Date Account was Closed fields and click on Submit. You will then be notified that the account has been updated.
4. You will be informed that the account has been updated and the Status at Financial Institution record contains Closed.
