The MyComplianceOffice Task Management module enables users to create tasks for planned compliance on either ad-hoc, once off instances or recurring at various intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). This allows compliance departments to automate tasks within their compliance program and demonstrate a documented history of completed compliance activities.
The task management module is fully integrated with the workflow engine to route assignments to selected employees for completion. Once all related assignments have been completed, the task or instance of the task can be closed.
