MyComplianceOffice is a web-based software solution specifically designed for Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds, and Broker Dealers. It automates and centralizes a firm’s compliance procedures and activities such as certifications, code of ethics, personal trading, policy management, testing, tracking of issues and compliance document management. It implements the firm’s customized compliance program in the most cost-effective manner possible while simultaneously ensuring long-term stability to the compliance program.

The Management team brings decades of in depth experience working with Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds and Broker Dealers.  Today, the skillfull executive group guides more than 30 talented employees to develop and implement the next generation of compliance automation software.

Brian Fahey - CEO

Brian Fahey brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to TerraNua and MyComplianceOffice, He has delivered complex business technology solutions for investment management firms such as Charles Schwab, INVESCO Inc., J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., John Hancock Funds, Seligman Data Services, FleetBoston, and Fidelity Investments, in the US, Asia and Europe.

Brian graduated with honors from University College Dublin (Ireland) where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management Science. He was also valedictorian at Northeastern University where he holds an MBA in Technology and was a member of the team to become the first American University to win the International MBA Strategic Business Case competition in 1998 in Montreal, Canada. He also recently completed his Graduate Certificate in Strategic Internet Management.


Frank Hourihane, CFO

Frank is responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the firm and brings over 15 years of experience working with multinational, Irish owned manufacturing and Irish retail concerns. Frank is a qualified accountant with a strong systems background. Frank is a graduate of University College Dublin BComm (Hons.) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.


Tim Kennedy, Sr. Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing

Tim Kennedy is responsible for developing and implementing MyComplianceOffice’s go-to-market strategy and global sales. Tim has over 14 years of experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining MyComplianceOffice in 2007, he served as Vice President of Sales at Eze Castle Integration, a leading provider of IT technology and services for hedge funds, broker dealers, registered Investment advisors and other specialty investment-management firms.

Previously, Tim spent ten years with IPC Information Systems, a leading provider of trading floor solutions where he held numerous management roles within the organization including Regional Director. Tim graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Ma. He is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals.


John Kearney, Director of Product Management

John is Product Manager for the MyComplianceOffice product and is responsible for the management of the product from conceptual design to development. John brings over 17 years of project and product management experience within the wealth management, Hedge Fund, Broker dealer and life and Pensions sectors. Prior to TerraNua John held various positions leading product teams within Fidelity, Charles Schwab and Aviva in Europe and the US. John has several years experience developing compliance solutions for hedge funds, registered Investment advisors and Broker Dealers.

John is a graduate of the University of Limerick (Ireland) with a degree in Business and Marketing and has a postgraduate in Information Technology Strategy from UC Berkley. John is a Certified Project Management Professional with the US Project Management Institute.


George O'Shea, Director of Development

George is responsible for development and architecture of the MyComplianceOffice product. George brings a wealth of experience in the software development industry with over 14 years experience developing mission critical applications for the Financial Markets industry. Prior to TerraNua, George was Head of Development at Cognotec, the foreign exchange trading solutions company.

George has vast experience in project management and client relationship building and has several years experience leading development teams. George is a graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT)
